If you are talking about importing Your own.......

#1 You would need a 3d Modeling/CAD or CAE Software program,
Most use Blender because it is versatile and fairly user friendly once you get used to it. (3DMax,and Sketchup other common ones)

#2 You would need to find or get someone to fetch you the *3dt export script

#3 figure out what works best for you, get familiar with the programs and processes then just do it.

If that's not what you meant, You might want to consider rephrasing your question to be more direct.
