RE: Accessories positioning
he cant ,and im pretty sure he doesnt even want,to replace current tires with the 3dt ones you have, because 3dt format is export only, cannot be imported in any 3d software again...atleast for now

RE: Accessories positioning
what site are you using?

The chunky tyres are only on STuner at the moment.

As i've said, tyres are generated procedurally, they don't use 3d models.
If i used 3d models, i'd need 100's of different ones for each tyre type to cater for the different width/diameter/profile options.

as such a trade off is made.

GR8 OZ: So you're going to steal somebody's 3d model and suggest to implement it into a game used by thousands of people with out the moddeler's permission? Classy.

Makes sense.....and is something I was unaware of until both You and Ks Garage pointed that out.
So in turn I will just set up My Chassis platform on Stuner, export it, and then reload the save in Falcon or Common.......tire issue solved.

The tire was passed on to Me by someone else, who likely got it from someone other than the creator.
It is a bit hard to credit the correct person if I do not know who the hell that person deserving of credit should be.

I had already figured using that EXACT tire would be a conflict of creative interests.

I don't want to start a beef , so if you calm down and listen to what we are suggesting it would be good for you. You can still use that tire without having to put it in the game . That is why the more experienced builders are getting frustrated .

I know that I can, but then I have other issues that try to come out and play because of it..

If you seriously don't want to start a beef how about saying something that don't seem so damned rude??

I mean on my end of the deal, it looks like that is just about all you have done.
I am New to the site as much as S-tuner and the same.

I am aware that as with any social group...there is a pecking order and hierarchy among, skillsets and what not.
I am mostly independant and keep to my own damned business once I figure things out or have someone show me the "Do's and Dont's"
I honestly am not feeling very welcomed here since outside of ADMIN I have gotten little from anyone in the forum except abundant bad attitudes.
(the weebly link was a nice gesture--been there, looked and got all that I wanted)

Coincidentally, I am looking for PARTS more than full built models.

I have been referred to as "passive aggressive" already...WTF?!?!
Am I supposed to be a total a*shole!?!?!?
Am I supposed keep my opinion and questions to myself?
I am I not supposed to offer a fix if I think I have one or attempt to be helpful?

RE: Accessories positioning
I'll give you one of the best resources for imported parts, if you leave all this modding talk, and do some actual builds in S-Tuner and post them. Mods will not make you a better builder.
